Chief and elders of Salimana, farming a community under Gbache electoral area in the WA west district have bemoaned the deplorable state of their JHS classrooms black couple with inadequate classroom furniture which is affecting teaching and learning at the community. Madam Babang Esther, a resident state that, their JHS block was built by the community using bricks. She further mentions that, there are no doors or windows on the block as a result when it rains teachers and student will be left with no reason than to have their class outside the classroom because all the classrooms will be wet.
MADAM Babang Esther further describe that because there are no furniture inside the JHS block parent have to construct chairs for their ward which brings them a lot of problem because most parent do not have the financial power to do that as a result most children sit home without attending school.
Another resident by name Mr Danlaadi appeals to the district assemble, individuals to helps them with classroom furniture and also construct a better classrooms block for their JHS.
