The Member of Parliament for Wa East Constituency and also the parliamentary candidate for the 2024, general Election Dr Godfred Seidu Jasaw, has disclosed that the NDC party will retain the Wa East seat with a clear margin of over 14,000 votes difference.
He stated this emphatically during Wa East Constituency campaign launch for the 2024 general Election on Saturday, where they started with a walk from Chaggu to Bulenga, with a massive turnout, where the campaign was launched and the constituency campaign team also Inaugurated by the NDC Regional deputy secretary Alhaji Nurah Danwana supervised by the Regional Chairman Mr Abdul-Nasir Saani AKA Chairman Bunas
The Member of Parliament disclosed that, the next NDC government, under the leadership of John Dramani Mahama, will open farmer services centres in the constituency. These centres will make farm inputs and tractor services available to all farmers.
He also bemoaned the high prices of fertilizer and tractor services which makes its very difficult farmers access hence with a call to the constituents to vote massively for him and John Dramani Mahama to win the upcoming general election.
He added that the team is solid and ready for victory 2024, he acknowledges Hon. Baba Issifu Seidu-MP, Nalerigu/Gambaga, Hon. Peter Lanchene, MP, Wa West for their presence and insightful speeches.
Meanwhile, the regional executives led by the Heavy-weight Regional Chairman Bunas, said he was grateful for their continuous support and dedication to deliver an 11/11 seats for the NDC in the region. And also appreciate his wife Hajia Fati Jasaw, that she is an inspiration to many of the young women of the constituency and he cannot thank enough for her warmly support.
The NDC Regional Chairman Mr Abdul-Nasir Saani Bunas on his part made a passionate appeal to the constituents to retain the Member of parliament and vote massively for the flagbearer to win the 2024 general Elections,
According to him John Dramani Mahama is bring a lot of good policies that will benefit all Ghanaians hence there is the need to do a serious campaign to bring the party to power
He added that in the next NDC Administration, Hon Godfred Seidu Jasaw is likely to be the next Minister of Agriculture or deputy minister given his rich experience in the Agric Sector as the deputy ranking of food and cocoa Affairs committee of parliament.
