Dr. John Ampontuah Kumah, the late deputy minister of finance and member of parliament (MP) for Ejisu, was honored by vice president Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
On Thursday, March 7, 2024, the 45-year-old MP passed away. His spouse and six kids are left behind.
Dr. Bawumia paid tribute to the late Deputy Minister of Finance in a Facebook post, describing him as a loyal supporter of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration who was really invested in the government’s programs succeeding.
A genuinely devoted member of our party and government who gave his best to ensure the accomplishment of our goals. John, rest well,” he said.
